There are 2 places from where you can customize the settings of your Mini Cart.
Mini Cart Back-end customization options #
The back-end settings you customize by going to Admin / Divi / Theme Options and Click on the Divi Mini Cart tab.
Mini Cart Front-end customization options #
To access those options go to Theme Customizer / Divi Mini Cart and you will see the 4 groups of different visual customization options:
