Divi Buddy is an on-demand Divi help service from experienced Divi developers — the same team behind premium Divi plugins and child themes. You get personal, one-on-one assistance with your Divi website whenever you need it.
Who is this service for?
Anyone building a website with Divi — whether you’re a beginner stuck on a layout issue, a designer needing technical help, or a developer wanting a second pair of eyes.
What kind of help can I get?
Anything related to Divi, WordPress, or your website setup:

How does the hourly system work?
You can purchase a 1-hour, 3-hour, or 5-hour package. The time is tracked based on the actual work we do for you. You can use your hours all at once or across multiple small tasks.
Do unused hours expire?
Yes — your purchased hours remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You can use them anytime within that period, whether it’s for small tweaks, new questions, or follow-up help. We’ll also remind you before your hours are due to expire so you can make full use of your remaining time.
What if my issue takes less than an hour?
We’ll track time fairly and transparently — you only pay for the actual time spent. Remaining time stays available for your next request.
How do I get started?
Simply choose a package and share a quick brief about what you need help with. If you’re unsure which package fits, send us your situation and we’ll recommend the best option.
How do we communicate?
You can choose between detailed email exchanges or live video calls (usually via Google Meet). We’ll adapt to your preferred way of working.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No. The first short discovery chat or email exchange (to understand your needs) is completely free of charge.
Do you need admin access to my website?
Only if your issue requires it — and always securely. If needed, we’ll request temporary access and recommend the safest way to share credentials.
Can you help with non-Divi websites too?
Our focus is Divi, but we can also assist with general WordPress or WooCommerce issues related to your Divi setup.
What if I’m not satisfied with the result?
