Divi Menu Cart is fully compatible with both Divi 4 and Divi 5

Overview

This very lightweight plugin removes the cart icon from the secondary Divi menu, and adds it to the menu of choice. Or as a shortcode, you can add it anywhere you want.

It also shows the number of products in cart. This enhances the Divi ecommerce experience by making the cart more prominent for the users, and thus easier to find. And it also gives the users information on how many products they have in their cart at any moment of time.

What the plugin allows you to do:

Remove the Divi cart icon from secondary Divi menu and add it to the primary Divi menu

Add the cart icon anywhere via shortcode

Show the number of items in cart

Change the cart icon with an image of your choice

Change the color of the icon circle as per your choice

Disable the cart icon from showing completely

How it works:

This plugin comes with a very easy to use interface. It adds a tab on your Divi Theme options, where you have the following options:

1. You can choose where and whether to show the cart:

  • Show cart icon as a menu item
  • Choose menu location of your theme
  • Show cart next to the hamburger menu
  • Only shortcode and custom menus

2. You can choose whether to show the number of items in a circle

3. You can disable the cart icon and use it only as a shortcode [divi_menu_cart]

For custom headers made with the Theme Builder:
To enable the plugin on a custom header, go to the header menu setting, in Content > Elements – Show Shopping Cart Icon and click on “yes” to enable.

4. Visual options like font size colors and position are available in Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Divi Menu Cart:

You can fully customize the look of icon by changing the color or upload you own image.

Change the position, shape (borders) size and color of the product count

If you deactivate the plugin from Plugins/Divi Menu Cart/Deactivate, the cart icon will go back to its original behavior.
