Understanding WooCommerce Endpoints #
WooCommerce uses something called endpoints to display different account sections under a single My Account page.
For example:
If your My Account page is:
yoursite.com/my-account/
then adding an endpoint such as:
edit-account
creates this URL:
yoursite.com/my-account/edit-account/
Instead of loading a completely different page, WooCommerce simply displays different account content inside the same My Account area.
This is how sections like:
• Orders
• Downloads
• Addresses
• Account Details
all work inside a single account page.
Accessing the Endpoint Settings #
Divi My Account Page allows you to manage your account endpoints directly from the WordPress admin area.
To access the endpoint settings:
Go to:
WordPress Dashboard → Divi My Account Page
From here you can:
• Reorder endpoints
• Rename navigation items
• Add icons
• Show or hide endpoints
• Create custom endpoints
• Control endpoint visibility by user role
•Add Divi layouts before or after endpoint content
Default WooCommerce Endpoints #
WooCommerce includes several built-in account endpoints by default.
Dashboard
The default account view.
Displays welcome text, user information and logout link.
Orders
Displays the customer’s order history.
If no orders exist, WooCommerce shows a “No orders yet” message.
Downloads
Displays available downloadable products.
If no downloads exist, WooCommerce shows a notification message.
Addresses
Displays saved billing and shipping addresses.
Payment Methods
Displays saved payment methods, if available.
Account Details
Allows users to edit their account information.
Logout
Logs the user out and redirects them to the login page.
Additional Plugin Endpoints #
Some WooCommerce extensions may automatically register additional endpoints.
For example:
• WooCommerce Subscriptions
• Membership plugins
• LMS plugins
• Wallet or rewards plugins
These endpoints will automatically appear in the endpoint list after activating the plugin.
Reordering Endpoints #
Changing the navigation order is simple.
Steps
1. Go to: WordPress Dashboard → Divi My Account Page
2. Drag and drop the endpoints into your preferred order
3. Click: Save Changes
The account navigation menu will immediately update on the front-end.
Endpoint Options #
Clicking on an endpoint title opens its settings panel.
Here you can customize how that endpoint behaves and appears.
Enable Endpoint #
Show or hide the endpoint from the account navigation menu.
Default: Enabled
This is useful if you want to temporarily disable a section without deleting it.
Endpoint Label #
Change the navigation title shown to users.
Example:
• “Dashboard” → “My Dashboard”
• “Orders” → “My Purchases”
Endpoint Slug (Custom Endpoints Only) #
Change the URL slug of a custom endpoint.
Example:
/my-account/support/
support is the slug.
Select Icon #
Choose an icon for the endpoint navigation item.
The plugin includes a library of 1,300+ icons.
The selected icon appears directly in the account navigation menu.
User Roles Visibility #
Control which user roles can see a specific endpoint.
Examples:
• Show an endpoint only for Administrators
• Display VIP sections for specific customer roles
• Hide certain account tabs from regular customers
Before & After Content #
One of the most powerful features of the plugin is the ability to inject custom Divi layouts into account endpoints.
You can display Divi Library items:
• Before the WooCommerce content
• After the WooCommerce content
This allows you to create highly customized account experiences.
Examples:
• Welcome banners
• Custom dashboard sections
• Support areas
• Promotional blocks
• Custom notices
• Dynamic layouts using Divi modules
Before Content #
Displays a Divi Library item before the default WooCommerce endpoint content.
Enable Endpoint Content #
Show or hide the default WooCommerce content for that endpoint.
Default: Enabled
This is especially useful when creating fully custom account layouts.
For example, you may want to:
• Hide the default Dashboard content
•Replace it entirely with custom Divi sections
After Content #
Displays a Divi Library item after the WooCommerce endpoint content.
Creating a Custom Endpoint #
You can create completely new account tabs.
Steps
1. Go to: WordPress Dashboard → Divi My Account Page
2. Click: Add Endpoint
3. Enter your endpoint name
4. Click: OK
The new endpoint will appear at the bottom of the endpoint list.
You can then:
• Rename it
• Add an icon
• Control visibility
• Add Divi layouts
• Customize its content
Removing a Custom Endpoint #
To delete a custom endpoint:
1. Open the endpoint settings panel
2. Click: Delete Endpoint
Note: Only custom-created endpoints can be deleted.
Default WooCommerce endpoints cannot be permanently removed. If you want to hide any of them do it via the “Enable/Disable Endpoint” setting.
Changing the Default Endpoint #
By default, WooCommerce opens the:
Dashboard #
endpoint when users visit the My Account page.
Divi My Account Page allows you to change this behavior.
To change the default endpoint: #
1. Go to: Divi My Account Page → Settings
2. Select the endpoint you want to open by default
3. Save Changes
Example:
You can make:
• Orders
• Downloads
• Custom Dashboard
• Membership Area
open first instead of the standard Dashboard.
Reset Button: #
The Reset button restores the original endpoint configuration.
This includes:
• Default WooCommerce endpoints
• Endpoints added by external plugins
For example:
• WooCommerce Subscriptions
• Membership plugins
• LMS plugins
This can be useful if you want to quickly restore the default account structure.
