How to access the Design Notes administration dashboard: #
To access the Divi Design Notes Admin Dashboard, navigate to your WordPress admin area and click on Design Notes in the sidebar menu.
From the dashboard you can: #
– View all Notes posted across your site
– See which page each Note was added to and filter them by page
– View Note authors and filter Notes by author
– Filter Notes by status — Active, Resolved, or Trashed
– Access the list of Trashed Notes (you can restore them within 30 days before permanent deletion)
– Click the **View** button to see detailed information about a Note
– Move a Note to Trash
– See the number of comments associated with each Note
When “view” a particular Note you can: #
– See all comments associated with that Note
– Change its status (Active, Resolved, or Trashed)
– Permanently delete the Note
– View its unique ID number
– See the page where the Note was posted
